This is why dreams are made of

There were a times that sometimes I want to be someone I am not. Someone that is differ from who's the real me.

One of my dream is to become a chef. I can't imagine myself being the chef. All of my life I am always amaze to those people who are "master" in terms of cooking (specially when I watch cooking shows). And all of my life I was contented in tasting and eating the foods serve to me but now I made the difference. I am the one cooking!

Enough with the amazement of things! Now my fantasy of becoming a chef is now finally coming true.I just a cooked a dish, although it just simple dish made by moms out there. The satisfaction of at least cooking something out of different ingredients is really SATISFYING..

Sharshadong Bangus is one of the first main dish I cook ever (well except Hotdogs, tocino, fried eggs etc.) This is one of the most yummiest food I ever tasted (I have to be boastful its my dish :)

The best way to eat this is with a steaming hot rice :)

My bottom line is that every little dreams we dreamed is has a chance to have its chance of coming true. I enjoy doing this. I may not be a good chef today but we never know what might happen tomorrow and in the future.
